The camp came roaring back for its second year—longer, bigger, bolder, and built for every skill level. Led by Prof. David Becerra and Prof. Joseph Vybihal, it expanded into two branches: Competitive Programming and AI in Games. Students tackled algorithms and core computer science concepts, then flipped into full creative mode—designing their own signature spaceships and bringing them to life with code. By the end of the week, their AIs were battling through space in a live showdown on the big screen, with the room erupting in cheers as every close call and clever move played out in real time. Meanwhile, the programming competition was running in parallel—fast, intense, and unapologetically competitive… but honestly, you have to see it for yourself!
